Giveaway Rules Jerseys and Gear

OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE. The Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Jerseys and Gear (the "Sponsor").

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is valid only in the continental U.S. To enter, entrants must be a U.S. resident age eighteen or older as of October 15, 2011 (5 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (“MST”)) to enter and win.

REQUIREMENTS:

Each entrant must submit their entry to http://jerseysandgear.com/contest. Each entrant must include his or her name, address, telephone number and email address (if any). There is one entry per household. By submitting this information to the Sponsor, you are granting the Sponsor the right to maintain this information in a database and to use this information to contact you. Mechanically reproduced entries are ineligible. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Giveaway is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. PRIZES:

One prize awarded to successful entrants based on full completion of entry form mentioned above. Prize limited to a $29.95 value. Jerseys and Gear and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies and contractors and each of their respective employees, directors and officers shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any prize. No transfer or substitution of prizes is allowed except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

3. GENERAL RULES:

Non-compliance with these Official Giveaway Rules may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the Sponsor. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in automatic disqualification, and an alternate recipient will be selected by Sponsor. By acceptance of the prize, a winner grants full and irrevocable permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, city, and state for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade of the Giveaway without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries or mailing delays or damage. Sponsor reserves the right (a) to cancel or modify the Giveaway or these Official Giveaway Rules or (b) disqualify any entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroys or adversely affects the integrity of this Giveaway as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Giveaway Rules, administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of the recipients. The recipient agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, harmless against any and all claims, costs, damages, attorneys’ fees, expenses, any amounts and any liability arising out of acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, which indemnity shall survive indefinitely. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the panel, which shall be final, binding and conclusive in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with or abusing the entry mechanism, to be violating these Official Giveaway Rules or to be acting in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right at any time to modify, change or revise any of these Official Giveaway Rules.
